Each piece at Darvella & Co. is custom-made just for you. Please allow:

  • 2-4 business days for crafting your jewelry.

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location:

    • U.S.: 3-5 business days

    • Canada: 5-10 business days

    • International: 7-21 business days

During busy seasons (like holidays), processing may take a little longer. We’ll always do our best to get your special piece to you as quickly as possible!

2. Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each item is personalized, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Please email us immediately at hello@darvella.com if you need help.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery usually takes 7-21 business days, depending on customs and your local postal service. Any customs duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your package’s journey straight to your door.

5. What if my package is delayed or lost?

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our jewelry is personalized and custom-made, all sales are final. However, if there’s any issue with the quality of your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’re committed to making things right!

7. What if my item arrives damaged?

  • A photo of the damaged item

  • Your order number

We’ll happily send you a replacement at no extra cost.
